Overview

YourWerbung is a digital marketing agency offering intangible services such as strategy, advertising campaign management, creative services, and analytics.

No physical products are shipped. All deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared drives, project management tools, or other agreed digital channels.

Service Delivery Method

Deliverables may include documents, reports, creatives, ad account setups, campaign launches, analytics dashboards, and training sessions.

Delivery is completed when files are shared, access is granted, or services are activated on specified platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, website CMS). A confirmation of delivery will be sent via email to the client’s registered address.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated timelines are shared in proposals, SOWs, or order confirmations.

• Strategy / Proposal: 2–7 business days from onboarding completion.
• Creative Assets: 3–10 business days from brief and content receipt.
• Campaign Setup / Launch: 3–7 business days after access and approvals.
• Reports / Dashboards: Weekly or monthly as agreed.

Urgent requests can be accommodated subject to feasibility and may incur an expedited fee.

Client Responsibilities & Dependencies

Timely provision of required materials (brand assets, content, logins, approvals) is essential to meet delivery timelines. Delays in inputs or approvals will extend timelines accordingly.

Access credentials should be shared securely. YourWerbung is not responsible for delays due to access issues beyond our control.

Service Availability by Location

Services are delivered online and are available globally unless restricted by laws, platform policies, or sanctions. Time zone considerations will be communicated during onboarding.

Revisions and Iterations

The number of revisions/iterations included will be specified in the proposal/SOW. Additional revisions or scope changes may impact timelines and fees, subject to client approval.

Non-Delivery Scenarios

If deliverables are not received due to technical issues (e.g., email bounce, access errors), notify us within 3 business days. We’ll resend or re-grant access. YourWerbung is not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms, outages, or force majeure events, though we’ll make reasonable efforts to resolve issues.

Proof of Delivery

Email confirmation, system logs, shared drive timestamps, or platform access confirmations constitute proof of delivery. For campaign launches, screenshots/logs may be provided upon request.
